I don't think that's true, my experience with TinyHat devs is that they're a professional bunch. But in any case, TinyHat is just a sort of indie collective publishing group. They're not really involved in the development of the game directly; that's all us. I've completed plenty of games and never abandoned any. (At least, never abandoned a project that I'd taken public.)
