Can some one tell me, how can I access tennis minigame..... The phone is not there in secluded area!!

So what worked for me: 1) Do NOT bring Momoko to college 
2) either wait until 3:30 or bring Tess with you to that area. then it appeared for me. (?Maybe banish the ghost?)
I could not find it for so long until I did this
