I have made a small mod that adds an "outfit" made out of leather straps: https://dantedarkstar.itch.io/leather-strap-outfit
It's a Common outfit that can be found as loot.
I made it mostly to learn how to do it and how much work it takes, so there is no grand plan behind it. Feel free to modify its effects (if you know how to) to fit your own game. Or do anything else with it, as I released the artwork as public domain.
