Since Haruki's sprites were remade, in some scenes he doesn't display appropriate expressions.
1) "Shit-eating grin" and "devious smile", when his face fairly neutral:

In Haruki's own route he has more appropriate expressions in the scenes between him and his brother or Aki.
3) During the day when Shoichi stays at MC's place (and they have sex), if you choose to watch drama, text says that Shoichi is sniffling and being emotional, when his expression is very neutral:
4) During the fight on Route C (if you pushed Shoichi to see his mom, but failed to support him when making previous choises) Shoichi says that MC told him to agree with his father for now and "keep the peace", even if you told Sho to ignore his father on Day 22:
5) On Route A (after you convince Shoichi to see his mom) after Hitoka gives MC a kiss, she says "We'll take more next time" instead of "We'll talk more next time":
6) I think he meant "only" instead of "long":
