How do i vote or rate a game. When i go to submissions there is no rate system.

Rating games is something reserved for us four judges (Preggo, Kiwi, Ava and me). You can give written feedback on the page that opens when you click on the submission or on the game's page itself, you just can't rate the games on a numerical scale.
