Found Barto in the Woods but when Dueling with him he was pixelated.  Is that part of the game that I unlock or do I have some censor on I am not aware of.  Thanks

starts in his underwear, then naked with pixellation, then naked without pixellation, then naked fully erect

I believe it is because he goes commando/no underwear.  He needed a phase 2 (underwear) so instead got pixelated.
