So there was a problem I faced that stopped me from downloading the game as it claimed that the APK was made for an older version of android 

Are you sure you're downloading the right APK file? this issue was fixed a while ago

I see, it looks like the default Android target version has changed since, so I need to update it again. In the meantime you can click "install anyway" to install the game.
