Any idea what the quickest way to access the lewd scenes are? In the sense of if I just want to submit from the start and not fight. Or is the fastest option just to fight and use first aid until the EP goes to 100?

There's a special ability you can purchase from one of the fains in Fain Farm that raises your EP in fights by 50. You can then use this EP at the bar at night.
