I used steam for years and it is fine, but lately due some legal issues steam is banned in my current residence country (Vietnam), it not represent any limitation for the use of the software that I already own (for now), but I m not able to recieve updates, news or comunity things related to steam, (also I like much more the itchio site :D)
could it be posible?

Contact the recipient (by phone, for example) and work with them and their email admin to determine what policy or setting blocked your message and what you should do to make sure that future messages from you won't be rejected.
