There could be a multiplayer mode where each player could control one nation. It would be turn based and each player could pull a card do their action and then the next person has his turn. Mabey you could make so that if you don't have enough players the other Nations could be controlled  by a bot.

I do not think this is a good idea for now, but maybe later on.

it would be intresting if theyre was a campaign mode where you only decide the decsions of on nation while the others are run by a bot and your goal would be to controll x pixels or eliminate a specific nation . if theyre was also fog of war with this it would be extremely fun.
