when i try to do the workout at the gym the keys to press are just moving too fast does anyone know why this is happening?

Yes, I made a disclaimer about this issue in the walkthrough. Your Monitor Refresh rate affects the speed of minigames, the minigames are intended to be played at around 60hz, so if your monitor refresh is set to anything higher you will want to lower it.
