Hello everyone,

I'm encountering a recurring issue with pngtuber plus when using it alongside Voicemeter. The application logs are being spammed with the following error message:

USER ERROR: WASAPI: GetCurrentPadding error    at: thread_func (drivers/wasapi/audio_driver_wasapi.cpp:808) 

This error repeats continuously. The Log file is huge. 

What I've tried so far:

• Restarted both pngtuber plus and Voicemeeter.
• Rebooted my PC.
• Checked for updates for both programs.
• Verified that other applications (like veadotube-mini) work fine with Voicemeeter.

Despite these steps, the issue persists. Interestingly, veadotube-mini works without any problems under the same setup.
Does somebody know what to do?

Just to be clear .... i read somewhere that Voicemeter maybe an issue ... 

Ok i figured something out. If i shutdown voice meter and select a different source for PNGTuber+ the mic is working again. 

When i start up Voicemeter after PNGTuber is running. 

I get this in the Log:

Ok i think i found a solution. 
And maybe Kaspersky was the issue after all. 

But i removed everything again. Made sure that all drivers got also removed.
And manuelly removed them if needed.
Uninstalled Kaspersky.
And for all of this restarted my PC after every little step. 
Now it is working again. Will report back how long it's working. 

Did you ever find a permanent fix?

I've been having a lot of issues with Streamlabs, Voicemeeter, and PNG Tuber+. PNGT+ keeps crashing or becoming non-responsive every 10-20 minutes despite several reinstalls, changing priority, etc. Tried disabling Voicemeeter, but I get audio driver error messages every 10-20 minutes whether I'm using it or not. It's not my PC or the drivers from what I can tell, and I don't think it's SLOBS or VM either as everything works fine otherwise. I'm only having issues when using PNG Tuber+.

Sooo reinstalling everything did fix it ... for now ... so I'm 29 days into a permanent fix :)

I will Report back when it stops working.
