Resolved: Used 7zip for extraction.
Currently getting and error when trying to extract the download files. System is running Windows 11.
The file in question is [mono-2.0-bdwgc.dll], error type: Application extension.
At other times the same error will prevent the entire archive from being extracted.
I have been unable so far to resolve this.
