I was building out a character today when I noticed something odd. I added the second license level of the Horus Balor frame, and when I went to add the nanocomposites system to the mech build, it didn't appear, although Swarm Body, the other Balor level 2 license ability did. I don't have nanocomposites equipped and I do have enough SP to equip it.
