Okay I was thinking on the hole nanite changing the MC body thing and during the sex change you'd think that once its totally finished that the MC would be able to get pregnant since they would need to repurpose the tissues being taken and put it somewhere else and nanites should be able to make everything fully functional

The two apartments in the condo should lead to some actions. Also the option of entering the unnamed store when dirty, should be allowed when arousal level are high to let something happen there inside

playing with boobs too much without releasing lust (Consistently going to bed horny and such) should have some sort of drawback, like you can't wear certain outfits, or you start lactating/swelling your breasts. Gameplaywise I'd love to see larger breasts have a negative, like you have issues with chores, constantly accidentally rest your breasts on your notes your taking because guys are used to sitting closer to the table, and if you don't wear a bra your character has to manually hold up them biddies.
Similarly, I would love to see height decreased further a little, especially tied into the submissive personality she got. the more you resist, the more the nanites make you tiny so you feel small and tiny 

could trigger the shrink by having your sis randomly ask you to go to the supermarket. Since you're slightly shorter, you can try to get the item, which is out of your reach. When you can't, the nanobots insist you find help, someone big and strong to help you. Maybe they could "help" you too 

if you refuse, you get shrunk and a nice man helps you making you feel even smaller 

Could also tie into any storylines you want to advance investigating the mental changes. (which could make conversations with Eve interesting, as you're in her model. She chose submissive. (Potentially seeing you submissive makes eve awaken to dominance?))

An idea I had, it may even be fairly simple to implement.  Some of the early scenes, like compliments to the outfit, asking how you are doing with the changes etc. tend to still be repeated even late into the game when you should be well past those concerns.  Perhaps use depravity to lock out those early scenes that should not matter and/or don't need to be repeated.  You could couple with this an increasing level of tormenting of the MC for having such a high depravity despite the stated desire to turn back.

What do you think of sister Beth and best friend Kevin conspiring to take financial advantage of the MC? My thought is, best friend knows the MC is becoming a nymphomaniac that will do anything sexual if asked, sister knows the MC is desperate for money, Kevin and Beth use the doctor's office as a fake "erectile dysfunction" clinic, where the MC does her usual sexual services to clients. Another possibility is getting Jane involved at the clinic with the drugs & nanobots offering bimbofication, penis enlargements, etc?

What would you think of the MC earning credit at the corporation by recruiting / harvesting more potential test subjects for Jane at various locations like the gym, school, or the nightclub?
