Interesting game. Seems like it is connected to another game you've made. Maybe the combat could have a little more juice so it would be easier to know for example when the enemy is going to attack. Also the ending was a bit sudden. But over all, great game!

Really loving the aesthetics here, like, wow! My early childhood was filled with MS-DOS games, and this nails the aesthetic feel of a VGA shareware game. The art is great, huge, huge respect for doing it yourself - definitely something outside what I could do!
The boss fight took me a few tries until I figured it out, but then it was enjoyable. Fitting consequences for dying, too, going well with the theme.
After that, the game ended rather abruptly for me - I'm unsure if that's a bug or just how it is (very short dialogue, then just a black screen). But even so, wow, great project, love it!
