I wish the combat had more balance. Some enemies (like the slime) do so much damage in 1 turn im constantly having to spam healing. I'm amused by how little Eve cares about getting transported to another world and cares even less on what she has too do as a hero. Story is all over the place. One minute your in a town and the next your in some alternate dimension doing god knows what.
Absolutely surreal. The story kind of doesn't make sense. The areas feel like they're only barely connected a lot of the time. The difficulty doesn't let up and demands that you pay attention and use the right abilities at the right time, or you'll pay for it. That said, this strange combination worked out FAR better than I had imagined. Game balance be damned, sometimes the right answer is to kick the player's ass until they like it.
