This is the first jam I entered and this is the first game I completed. I have programming experiences but not that much in gaming

How does your game relate to the theme?
You as a landlord are playing the antagonist who want to get money out of the villagers. You were able to buy a very cheap land because its right next to an active vulcano.
Now you just want to increase the CHARM of the landscape to attract people to live there even so its pretty dangerouse and deadly.

So this game is about the usage of charm to convince people to do a bad decision for your own benefit
