I have only done a month long jam before and my game development experience is mostly unfinished hobby projects.

How does your game relate to the theme?
To charm someone is to attract or mesmerize them. This is exactly the job of Prince, the heir to Cupid's throne.

The only premade asset is music used from Joshuuu aka jhaeka on itch: https://joshuuu.itch.io/short-loopable-background-music
All other assets were made during the jam.
