  • I wish there was a graphics rating, 'cause then you'd get five stars for it, but I understand the lack thereof. Moving on. The story. I don't know how lenient I should be on this. This seems to be following the festival of the original game. I know that anything can happen in a dream, and that could be something that I can imagine happen without breaking a continuity. And it doesn't involve Rayner in any way, so that's a plus. The characters. Well, here we have Miyumi in all her "I know a nuke spell and I will use it" attitude, still thinking herself to be at the top of the world. However, Fargus lacks presence in this game, maybe due to his late join time. I almost forgot he was there, but he is in character enough, standing by her liege's side. So, gameplay. I can't believe I'd have to rate it this low, and I know I am being harsh with it but so was my playthrough. Milla kept on dying, and when that happens, Miyumi was sure to follow. If there was a skill that hits at random, Milla would take the majority of it, die most of the time, forcing me to waste a turn and an item to revive her before she inevitably dies again. I know you love these skills with numerous hits, but not only are they getting hard on the eyes after a while (on the ears too) but worse, I feel like every time one of these happens, I leave my fate up to chance, which I can tolerate in moderate amount, or with a warning. Then again, it may just be bad luck on my end. Other may have had a better time, but mine was just looking at my characters fall in a specific order. But that's enough of the negatives. Four skills each, for a game of this length, is plenty of options. Some can even be upgraded, which is a neat little touch, and the limited amount of items you can carry is a nice little touch.
  • I have...no words for this amazing game ;w;
