- You got extremely unlucky, I would have loved to give you a higher rating, but unfortunately I got softlocked on after the first run, every single time. It's a real shame, because the game concept, art and world are exceptional! The characters are gorgeous and fit the theme wonderfully. The 50's era ghostbusters style theme was honestly wonderfully unique. The game itself was a fast, high risk, high reward, super fun experience. I just wish I'd been able to play more of it. I sincerely hope you refine the code, add the story into the game itself, and make something amazing out of this, it's such a good idea! It works well as an endless game, but you could consider adding a bad ending, perhaps a day limit, giving the player 30 days (30 runs) to get all the upgrades or something. Either way, a fantastic try, you should be proud of the game!
- This is such a fun game! I really enjoyed my time with it, and the belly mechanics are brilliant. The art is amazing—it makes me jealous! Oh my goodness, I could look at it for hours. It’s truly incredible.The upgrading system is cool, but the tolerance pop-up is very, very annoying. I absolutely love the character designs and how each character works. I’m really looking forward to playing this again once all the bugs are fixed. Thank you so much for being part of this year’s Belly Direct!
- I LOVE what you've done with RPG maker, turning an RPG engine into a rouge like is a total proof you're an outside of the box thinker, Unfortunately though there are still some bugs with implementation that is blocking this from getting a top score, alongside a lot to be desired with staying on theme. The character sprites look perfect for the era however, that is about all that would fit the era. I also had to restart numerous times because if you over level a characters tolerance it breaks the game entirely making it unbeatable, But when I got the hang of it I was upgrading and playing again and again even after beating the game. Also the final floor ghosts do nothing. Very pleased with your work and hope we can work together in the future -Mark(Team Quimbly)
