Hey Mason, Very cool game, the assets could've been different from the phaser game we made to add a more unique touch. The game had a good challenge factor and the movement was good. Great Job!
I like your game a lot, because It reminds me of the first phaser game we made which was really fun. I like survival games like this where you lose if you get hit. Some suggestions for your game would be too add some movement to the bombs, remove the bounciness of the character. I think adding movement to the bombs would make it more challenging, and In my opinion, I think the bounciness would make it easier for the player to jump right after jumping.
Your game was simple but fun! The player gets a lot of feedback from collecting stars and hitting bombs. I also thought having the bombs stay for longer than usual was a nice twist that adds a little more challenge. My suggestion for improvement would be to lower the volume of the explosion SFX when the player hits a bomb. -Josiah
I think its a cool similar game to stacker esq. games, without the stacking of course but the items falling from the sky. I like it and the sounds as always were great. I think the movement was good besides the jump being a little too long. Other than that though I think the game is a really good idea. Great job!

I am gonna be frank, this is a good premise and a good game to play. The controls are easy to learn and are responsive. I would have to agree with lewis here, the jumping is a bit too floaty. Some improvement is required. The bombs do add a difficulty curve, so maybe adding a timer to the bombs could be a start. Other than that, you had a good entry.
A very cute little sprite you have, I like it.
The audio for the bombs is a little loud, but that is such an easy fix I wouldn't sweat it.
I like the idea too, it isn't quite like a normal "catcher" game.
This game was cute! Some areas I think could be improved, though, are the object spawning and the player controls. There were several instances where the bomb and the star spawned on top of each other. I was unable to collect several starts because of this. I also feel that the bombs remain on the screen for a bit too long. That aside, the player's jump felt very floaty. In some situations, that could be ok, but it was more of a detriment here in that attempting to jump and having a bomb spawn above you could result in instant failure.
