  • I would suggest looking at lots of reference as to how wolves etc. behave and move. There is an issue with the speed of the anim and the legs are over extending in several places.
  • I found the thought process and motivation a good starting point to remain engaged with the challenge. Overall, the animation would have benefitted from taking some time in the pre-production phase to familiarise yourself with the rig you finally chose. The initial pose feels like the rig is being used “straight out of the box” without consideration of how an idling wolf would stand. Adding in some more distinct poses would help give a clear delineation between each of the animation states. Aside from the rig being a wolf, this doesn’t feel very “Beast Mode”, and the final animation would benefit from re-timing as it’s generally quite floaty. It would have been great to see the howling pose as referenced in your documentation

As a blocking out it's OK......It needs a lot of fine tuning. I would suggest, the overall speed of the animation is very slow and laborious and the posing isn't particularly strong. The different 'states' don't register well currently. Maybe seek out some good reference material on wolves to inform your animation.
