Things that went well: ✧ Great initial research and concept creation. ✧ Nice Zbrush pipeline, including use of Zmodeller, Dynamic subdibv, IMM brushes and layers for baking. ✧ Effective use of stacking and mirroring UVs. ✧ Nice topology, particularly the face and hands. Things to consider next time: ✧ Even though you chose to make a stylised character, the face would have still benefited with a bit more attention to detail in the facial anatomy. ✧ Really nice start with the UVs. These could have been optimised even further with additional straightening and slight adjustments to the packing. ✧ As you already highlighted in your doc, the hair cards do look a lot like planes. Whether working on a stylised or realistic model, take a look at some hair card breakdowns to see the techniques that are used to stop the cards being flat looking.
