A good submission with detailed breakdowns of approach throughout the entire development period. Some good technical approaches and the artist demonstrates a solid grasp of modern asset authoring techniques and workflows.
I feel the final environment would benefit from a more holistic approach to the overall look and feel, particularly with approach to colour. There are issues with the colour palette, with brightly coloured assets clashing and fighting with coloured lighting, and too many different hues across the images - taking a screenshot and completely desaturating it immediately makes the environment look a lot stronger. Not a bad effort for a large scale set of assets. The only problem with going big however is you have lots to do in a short time. So quality of the assets must drop. By also picking a well know game (rather than a concept) there was a clear comparison for me to compare it to. I think you've done well in areas, but it feels rushed overall.
So I think my biggest advice for you is to focus on quality over quantity and manage your time and scope well, you've managed to do a large area to an ok level of quality, when in a comp setting most people want to see your best work, I'd love to see what you can do when you spend a bit longer per asset.
