For a Rising star entry this is really nice. But a few areas could really improve this
Foremost main textures, things like Bricks, they stand out and Tile strongly, take some time playing with different Textures and Normal maps and you'll take this scene to a really nice place. Learn from the real world and study what makes bricks look good. If you improve your textures you'll be in a great place going into your next year.
A lovely idea. The palette is nice and limited (maybe a little too saturated). I do however feel like the texturing takes away from the models. Untextured it looked quite clean but ends up looking muddy with the textures on. Some of the lighting looks a little odd- e.g. too red on the right side. What's the source of this light? Cloth looks great, canopys are nice. Overall a good effort :)
