Very good developed game, fair amount of polish has gone into all areas. For me the only real lacking area is some additional features for the level(s) you play. Enemy units spawned to pickups being dropped, etc.
When playing your game it was fun to see something this fast paced, the music although it sounds like a very short repeating file seemed to fit the dark atmosphere well, the tanks moving around was a little unstable and I had trouble aiming the gun but after a few goes I was able to work it out. I have to disagree with your statement that Unity mixes up control functions as this is usually not an issue if the programming is set correctly.
Your UI was good as it felt like an arcade style setup. The simple methods for health and time gave it the same feel too. However I was not able to view how you constructed your game because there was no documentation submitted, this should be done so people are able to see how you built your game and would also help to see how the controls would be affected.
A simple but nice tank game to play and has that good arcade feel to it. There is certainly room for improvement but then again there always will be in game development. As a YouTuber and game developer myself we consider it a pleasure to try your games and I am pleased to have had the opportunity to try your game.
