I gave your game a try and I was very pleased with what I saw, although it is minimal in terms of gameplay the core mechanics appear to be sound and function well.  I have seen a lot of platforming games which involve avoiding fire (“Not so Frosty the Snowman”).  The direction in which I go can be misleading but going through platforms and predicting where to land helps.  The UI system you have functions ok but there seems to me an offset with the collider on your buttons as when I clicked on ‘info’ I ended up quitting the game.  Apart from that minor issue they worked ok as did the game.

I would say though it is lacking sound, it feels a little empty without some ambient music to entertain the player.  Also your documentation is very minimalistic, you will need to go into much more detail about how you build games in future.  For this game people will want to see how you made the predicted jump path or make the platforms move and ideally with screenshots to follow it through as people may not fully understand just from text.

Apart from this I found the game to be entertaining and worked well.

    Summary

The game itself works well but needs more in terms of art assets and sounds.  There is certainly room for improvement but then again there always will be in game development.  As a YouTuber and game developer myself we consider it a pleasure to try your games and I am pleased to have had the opportunity to try your game.

    Thank you.

  • Good game, lacks sfx and expand on features and core-mechanic.
