Really neat use of boids, and an awesome projectile mechanic!
Cool concept and see how it could be abstracted out with different resources/ship types/etc. Too bad the combat wasn't quite in yet but really cool flocking implementation. Would love to see how it works with ECS once that is off the ground running.
