this is very gross. very fun concept. showing text when you hover over something that you can interact with would be very nice. also adding a crouch and a jump would make you able to hide stuff in a lot more places. making the tissues and medicine randomized would add a lot of replay-ability, especially if there is a timer scoreboard (but that's not necessary and a bit much. overall pretty nice.
