A downloadable game for Windows and macOS.
This is honestly amazing in how it presents dysphoria. Confusing, feeling stuck forever, and lack of immersion, as if nothing is real.
Here's a little table to show what parallels I noticed (these are personal opinions, dysphoria can be different for everyone... I also suck at describing things*, especially how I feel):

All houses had minimal decor so they lacked personality, no connections made to any character(No character actually appears other than yours). | Feeling as if your body isn't truly yours, feeling empty, disconnected, or like you're just watching your life as if it were a movie where your actions have no effect. Makes you feel helpless, unable to do anything but watch, and is in a way comforting since you don't really think that "This is my life". |
