  • Thank you for sharing your game. It was really cool. I liked the art and music direction. Looks like the foundation were there. Awesome! Hoping to see what you can do next!

Did you include your Game Design Document as a Google Drive link?
Yes

Seriously... did you include your Game Design Document?
Yes

Is your game set to Public so we can see it?
Yes

I left most of this in the game design document, but in short, I was really rushed, and was learning a new software and coding language at the same time. However, my goal was, and still is after the jam, to implement a system where you can craft ingredients you find or win from monsters into potions and rituals used to summon demons that can fight for you. I was so close to getting them both implemented in time, and they're fully outlined in the doc, but I didn't quite make it and I'm really disappointed in myself because of that.

Extra Notes
I swear I'll keep working past this, I need this chance to work out somehow. If even one person is interested in this game I'll be happy. I just need that.

I'm sorry, I know the game looks and plays like a potato being boiled in oil, but I'm working right now on features that will not only fix this completely but add a lot more interesting gameplay. As soon as the jam is over I'll post the game's latest stable version (whichever it'll be at the time, right now I'm working on v0.0.3), which will be downloadable since I believe the problem was with the HTML5 export.

Thank you for being patient. I'm NOT going to abandon this project, though it may go through a name change soon due to some similar named IPs and the fact that I like the new names I've thought of better. I'll update when that happens!
