- I love the idea of this game! It has a great foundation. Its a very cool interpretation of the theme and is very well executed for the time frame! In Escape the Void player controls a wizard wielding a wand, trying to defend himself from endless waves of enemies while collecting ingredients. These ingredients can be combined into potions at the merchant, providing special boosts to the magic wand.

WASD keys / Arrow keys - movement

It's a cool concept, but the hit box on the enemies is too small and the controls seem to bug out. Unity and windowed mode could be at fault. The art is nice, but could use a bit more cohesion, like the pixelated bushes being up to scale with the character. I'd love to play a more polished version of this.
