  • The game made no sense to me until I read the GDD. When you make a game you need to make it with the intention that the player will see no instruction outside of the game, add some tooltips or a tutorial! Otherwise the game is quite simple and very similar to other games of the same genre like Vampire Survivors, with the Alchemy and Shadows aspect of the game almost nonexistent mechanically. However, I can see the vision of the game, and encourage you to do more! Try to make some wacky shit instead of the same game with a different skin! Make Fart Hotel! Go crazy, learn some stuff! :D

Did you include your Game Design Document as a Google Drive link?

Is your game set to Public so we can see it?
Yes

Tell us about your game!
This game is a survival rouge-like game set in the universe of the story I'm making, the Legend of Luna. This game doesn't have much of a backstory because I just combined the ideas I have into it. Controls are just WASD / Arrow Keys.

Extra Notes
Thanks to this game jam, I really discovered that I have a great problem with regards to procrastination. But I'm glad to report that I discovered the Pomodoro Technique which helped me finish the game. I think I made more progress the 3 days I'm utilizing the technique than the rest of the game jam time.

I also discovered that I really need to improve my art and music skills. I envisioned a better game than what I have, but I wasn't able to give a better result for now.

Thanks for the Game Jam, I'll join the next one too.
