  • great work at getting a game out. I would maybe try to make the platforming a bit more challenging

In Shape Shifter the player plays as different shapes, which are collected as the player progresses through the game. Each shape has its own abilities and limitations to help the player progress through the levels.

The player starts as a Square, with average speed and jumping ability. The first thing the player will find is the Triangle portal, which takes them to the Triangle level.
The Triangle has slower movement but higher jumping ability, as well as the ability to wall-jump. Completing the Triangle level will bring the player back to the main level, now with the ability to switch between the Square and the Triangle and make use of both their abilities.
The player uses both shapes' abilities to reach the Circle portal which takes them to the Circle level. The Circle has no jumping ability but gains significant speed on slopes. Completing the Circle level will bring the player back to the main level as before, now with all three shapes' abilities.
The player must then use all three shapes to reach the end of the level and complete the game.

Extra Notes
This is my first game I've made entirely by myself. Art and Music are lacking, but I hope the functionality helps you understand the overall game idea. Any feedback is very much appreciated. Thanks for taking time to play my game, hope you enjoy!
