- Story sounds very interesting and I'd read more into it. Not much interaction with the player aside from hitting "next" maybe incorporate some decision making? Theme was supposed to be Shadow and Alchemy.

The story follows the day-to-day life of the main character (whose name can be selected by the player). The main character just woke up from his sleep after work and starts to do the tasks he has to do for the day, until he notices something really odd and out of place in the town of Ploynot, while he is waiting for a green light on the way to the supermarket. Controls are relatively simple, Left Click to progress through the text and the player has to select a name before the episode begins through the Keyboard and Enter to confirm the selection.
Extra Notes
This is my first game jam ever. Also, my first attempt at creating a storyline for anything, really. (turned out, it isn't that easy as I thought). I didn't have that much time to create the VN, due to personal matters, but managed to deliver on the vision I had since Day 1. Really do hope you enjoy the little project I created. I felt like I could express my vision on the topics for the jam through a VN. I was thinking of creating a platformer at first, but Shadow/Alchemy theme didn't really make sense to me, so I decided to switch to a VN. Also, I tried creating characters, that looked human-like, but scrapped the idea, because the characters ended up looking kind of silly, so I kept it with slightly modified stick figures. Had a lot of ideas at the beginning (the episode could be over 20 min), but decided to keep it concise and straight to the point. It is a demo version and I plan on finishing the first episode after the jam ends. Thank you for reading this essay!
