  • I like the vibe of your game! its very cute for descending into the abyss lol. I like the alchemy mechanic of turning the monsters into fruit! Unfortunately there is no real shadow mechanics so there have to be points off there, well done though! be proud of yourself!

Mechanics:
Procedural generated world that culminates in a choice between treasures. Run, Jump and Fight your way through Ghosts and Bats while avoiding terrain traps.

Controls:
Move Left - A
Move Right - D
Crouch - S
Jump - Space Bar
Interact - Space Bar
Run - Shift
Fall down through platforms - Jump + Crouch

Story:
You're playing as a wizard in search of the Philosopher's Stone. Along the way you can transform enemies by jumping on their heads. Your goal is to find a way out of the hell after finding the stone.

Theme:
Shadow - Pictured hell as a shadowy place this is where the game is centered around, while also having little fruit ally's follow you around as if they're your shadow.
Alchemy - Transformation, turning enemies into ally's and having a world where the play area changes every play-through. (You're also playing as a wizard).

Extra Notes
This is my first game jam and the first game I finished making.
One of the things I learned is to test on HTML5 more frequently rather than locally as wow the projects looks a lot different from when I was executing it locally. Enjoy the game! I only spent 150 hours on it!!
P.S. Make sure to play in full-screen after running the game by clicking the little four arrows on the bottom right!!!!!
