The short story is that you've been turned into a vampire. Fearing for your life, you go into hiding and start practicing alchemy to find a cure.

Extra Notes
This is my first game jam. Before this jam, I had just picked up Godot and tried out a few things, but I knew basically nothing about game development or coding.

The "game" is barely a tech demo. I spent the first week trying to implement an excellent mechanic but couldn't figure it out. So I had to change gears halfway through and try and make at least something. However, I will continue developing this game because the theme and my ideas have sparked my interest.
