  • The artistic style and even the music were put together very well for this game. However, during my experience, I found myself thinking that this was more of a puzzle-solving game with the aesthetic of shadows being added (for the light and dark aspects shown between both characters, along with a few light sources that were used for the puzzles as well). In terms of alchemy, unless I had seen your explanation of how you planned to interpret this in your game via your GDD, I didn't really see anything that would suggest it was used for gameplay or even the bit of story you were telling between the characters' dialogue. I would have liked to see how both of these could've been expanded upon with the puzzle-style gameplay, even if the puzzles were fairly decent to try and solve. All the same, do keep up the hard work.

Engaging and Fun. Love the concept. Some levels were quite hard.

But it was really fun to play.

Cute! Well designed puzzles (that I found quite tough!) that introduced new mechanics well throughout :)
