  • I like the idea here maybe adding so that the monster is hurt by going into the light could make it more interesting?

Tell us about your game!
A grid-based stealth puzzle game where you play as a Shadow Monster. The goal of every stage is to eliminate every enemy.

General backstory is that unethical experiments have been taking place in an undisclosed location where the Alchemists experimented on humans using a Shadow Monster. The Monster in question was able to devour humans to turn them into a strange substance - Void Liquid. Growing complacent, they one day accidentally gave the monster a chance to escape and now it stalks the halls of their facilities, devouring everything in its quest for escape.

The story itself isn't in the game. But it could be, one day.

You move with WASD or Arrow keys
Devour enemies with Z or SPACE
Hide in shadows with C or CONTROL
Spit with F or C,
and press R at any time to retry a stage.

You can also hold SHIFT while pressing movement directions to simply turn instead of move.

Extra Notes
Have fun! Everyone in the team had a blast and thank you all for this opportunity to be creative.
