  • Could have used some background music. The tutorial at the beginning was really nice and helpful. I liked the idea of having to mine resources to use your special attack. I think a bit more of a linear progression in the level (with an endboss) would have been nice to see. Great job!

Did you include your Game Design Document as a Google Drive link?
Yes

Seriously... did you include your Game Design Document?
Yes, hope it is on the rigth place, it says download but should redirect to a Google Docs as requested.

Is your game set to Public so we can see it?
Yes

Tell us about your game!
This is Smellycates, he was an ancient greek alchemist, friend of Socrates (Socrates is used to make a historical reference of the time the game is based on) who was exiled into a cave for studying alchemy (I read it was a common thing back then as alchemy was forbbiden). He has to defeat the shadows of the cave, while collecting alchemy stones required to cast a special attack. Hope you like it.

Extra Notes
I should have chosen another style of the graphics, it was very challenging for the animations, I had no experience with Gimp but overall was really fun. Also the sound, I couldn't find anything that mathches both a dark ambient and energetic at the same time, but thanks for the opportunity! Hope you like it!

I updated that "download" button to the game design document, to be on a link inside the description text.
