  • This game needs a lot of work. Clicking through the menus can get you stuck on one and you need to click into a different direction to break it. You can click several times on fulfilling the contract, which adds fulfilled contracts and cast amounts of money. It breaks the game and makes you lose the game no matter what. The shadow theme is not strong. The game feels uninspired for me and the simplistic art style is not inducing an "old crt" vibe but a cheap quick vibe. Did not really enjoy playing this game.

There isn't much of a story, I'm not quite there yet to fully write something in 2 weeks! But in terms of mechanics, primarily the player will be focusing on time and budget management, determining which contracts to focus on, when to buy certain ingredients, etc.
For controls:
Everything is mouse clickable, move left and right with the two arrows at the side of the UI, and click things on screen to interact with them. Some menu items are scrollable, primarily the list of Recipes and the list of Ingredients available to buy.

That's about it!

Extra Notes
This is my first game, an idea I haven't been sitting on but something that I made up completely on the fly. Thank you so much for the inspiration to get going on something from scratch, not knowing how it would turn out, and giving myself the opportunity to be creative with a deadline.
