- The player avatar is cute and movement feels really satisfying. When trying to merge items, it's hard to click on the "merge" button without clicking on another item in the inventory, so I end up with multiple menus opened and I'm unable to merge anything. It's also a little unclear how to give items to the people inside the tavern. It would be helpful to have a singular station for merging items and creating potions, as well as some more guidance in the form of text tips to make it easier to figure out how to do these things. Creative use of the shadow portion of the theme! I like how the shadowed area causes sanity drain, but some of the shadowed area has non shadowed pixels, and my thought was that those would be areas of respite. I think that would be cool, but it appears that the sanity drain also occurs in those areas.

Tell us about your game!
A single-player, free-world fantasy adventure where you as the player get to help a world cursed by an all oppressing evil find its light again by serving patrons who wonder in, seeking respite from the weary world. Sometimes, you may even help save them from the curse that eventually overtakes everyone.
Forage for ingredients at the risk of your own sanity in the dark woods just beyond the safety of the tavern lights. Create potions to cure (or even curse) patrons who come.
Extra Notes
I am not sure where to include the GDD but here is the link below. I've also included it in the files below the game (it says download but it just loads into the browser)
