Inkspire! is a charming puzzle game where the player overlooks a character called Jude and follows him along his life-story. The aim of the game is to follow a text-based story where you spread paint across a blank 3D canvas of Jude’s environment between chapters in an effort to bring his attention to individual colours and textures that will in turn inspire him to follow his creative impulses as you watch him develop through his formative years. The player will also be presented with decisions that may sometimes impact the outcome and also provide relevant insight to their playthrough at the end. The project is currently purely a 2 week, short proof of concept prototype. It utilises advanced graphics like ray and path tracing and also volumetric fog.
