Genre: God game, among us, gnome flirting simulator

Story:
Do you remember every time you got gnomed? pay those nasty little buggers back, and smash them into piece before they spread there gnomieness to the entire world, but watch out they hide between regular garden gnomes / and don*t destroy the city:

Voice commands:
Your floating hand attacks gnomes under your cursor if you say "gnome": (The attack changes per volume)
low volume "Gnome": Wisper to Pokes a gnome (decent damage, and auto target)
Middle Volume "Gnome": AOE Slap, Gnome get flung away with high force (chance for environmental damage)
Loud/Scream "Gnome": Fist slam (huge aoe/huge damage but slow execution)

Left mouse drag: move around when left click over ground
Double click left: inspect gnome/tickle: a gnome when you hear a "hoo" sound... say "gnome" if it is a real gnome he sprints away:

Space: Start Game
Enter: Pause
Esc: menu/exit (no pause)
