- This game is a little rough around the edges but holds a lot of potential. Keep building on this!
Did you include your Game Design Document in your downloadable files?
yes
Tell us about your game!
My team and I made a Neon Shooter Roguelike game where you are a Cyborg trying to stop an Evil Sentient Computer Virus from infecting everyone in the city. Every few blocks have been quarantined to try and stop the spread. This has failed and now you've been sent in to try and stop the virus yourself.
Every time you are deployed to a new block you get to enhance yourself with upgrades that stay with you for the entire run. The virus knows you are coming for it and has multiple types of enemies to try and stop you.
To defeat the virus you have to find the transmitter antennas spread around the city block and destroy them. Every moment you take the virus is spreading in the surrounding blocks so act quickly.
Did you remember to include your Game Design Document?
yes
Is your game set to Public so we can see it?
yes
Extra Notes

- WASD - Move
- Space - Jump - Shift - Sprint
- Control - Slide while sprinting
- Mouse-1 - Shoot the gun!
- R - Reload the gun!
-Escape -Leaves the game!
Enemy Types:
Purple- The normal infected. They seem mindless and will randomly hunt down other civilians.
Red- Spreader. The virus is directing these personally to spread itself as quickly as possible.
Yellow- Hunter. These people are acting almost like the virus's own anti-virus. They are constantly running you down to try and kill you. Don't let them get too close.
Objective:
The game doesn't have an ending. Just keep killing all the golden antennas on every level and try and see how far you get!
Note:
This was our first game jam and we enjoyed ourselves greatly despite not knowing much about game development
