  • Charming and fun little scoring game. Could be further improved by adding more environmental interactions, but it stands on its own as a submission.

Did you include your Game Design Document in your downloadable files?
Yes

Tell us about your game!
You are the Accident Snail, one of the 4 Snails of the apocalypse traversing the local town center, you must survive the feet of the masses while your very presence leaves behind a trail that makes people slip and slide uncontrollably into objects.

Mechanics:
• Move: simple movement mechanics, nothing special.
• Slide: When an NPC walks over your trail, they are forced to slide into things
• Bumper: Sliding into a Bumper triggers environmental actions (like pinball)

Controls
• Move: Gamepad (Left Stick), Keyboard (WSAD)

Did you remember to include your Game Design Document?
Yes

Is your game set to Public so we can see it?
Yes

Extra Notes
This was my first Game, GameJam, and my first activity as a part of this community. I struggled with a concept for the first week and had 6 days to complete this prototype.

I wish I had more time to polish, and add more environmental effects from bumpers to continue the emergent chaos, but overall i'm happy I made something and uploaded it at all.

I hope to make a video about my experience to help future Jammers.

Thank you for your time :)
