It seems your model doesn't really adhere to the limitations.
You might want to change the answer to no as to keep the Jam fair.

Apparently the last cube you placed:
Must have been due to cloning and rotating one of the fins. Updated the text file to use `0.25` increments.
The amount of detail on that spaceship's texture is great! This is awesome.
