Description
This soundtrack consists of one track that is meant to take the listener on a kind of journey crossing between two worlds. There are some aspects that are a bit unfinished because of the time crunch, but hopefully the roughness of it plays into the sense of uncertainty of being on a threshold, either physically or emotionally.
Software: LMMS, Audacity
Artist comment:
Thank you for listening!
Theme:
How does it fit the theme?
I tried to convey the idea of someone moving between two worlds, but in the sense that this "crossing" is just one part of a longer journey and the future is uncertain, with possibilities of hope and despair. A lot of the inspiration came from my first impressions after seeing the theme picture.

those LMMS sounds are so nostalgic to me! Definitely captures the vibe of a crossing.
Haha, yeah, it's pretty much stock LMMS except for a few added SoundFonts. It's a great program for learning. Thank you for listening!
Two Worlds?: Check!
Picture Theme?: Check!
The mysterious vibe at the end was really nice.
Tho, with the tympanies, as someone who used to play them in an actual orchestra, my heart got broken :( . But they were essential to the two worlds and chaos feeling, so you're good to go imo.
I think, with this soundtrack, creativity and theme are 5/5. As said, I really enjoyed the ending.
Wow, thank you! I appreciate what you said about the tympanies -- I really did try to integrate them into the piece and not just make them a background element. I'm still learning about music production, though, so definitely open to any advice on how to improve. Glad to hear you enjoyed it!
I really enjoyed this! I liked how it created a sort of mysterious atmosphere that's on the edge of being creepy. Nice job!
Thank you so much! That was the kind of feeling I was going for, I'm glad it came across!
