Description
"Nights" is an ambient/downtempo genre game soundtrack composed for a game where exploration and discovery are core elements. This track represents the philosophy of dichotomy; the theme "two worlds" is explored through the duality of analog and digital instruments. I composed this track with two electric guitars, a bass guitar, and a cello, along with digital versions of the same instruments built from scratch with Ableton's Wavetable. The DAW used is Ableton Live 10.

The soundtrack explores the two worlds of analog and digital music composition. Using analog instruments recorded into a DAW, and then DAW instruments played out into analog equipment -- then all of it mixed back together on a computer.

Relaxing melody and atmosphere. Love the way the elements blend together!
This is a super neat concept and has some nice atmospheric vibes to it. For the most part, I did find the change between recorded material and synthesized instruments extremly subtle, though. Which I guess is both testament to your accurate playing and to modern sound synthesis.
